Your Burning Questions Answered

ARE DRIPLESS CANDLES TRULY DRIPLESS? 

Yes and No. The small pool of wax at the top of your taper is the key to a ‘dripless’ candle. Drips are caused when the wax pool is unevenly distributed or disturbed by outside forces. Not only do wax drips create a mess, they also cause the candle to burn unevenly and drastically reduce burn time. Even with the perfect wax chemistry, the proper conditions must be met for any candle to be able to perform perfectly.

HOW ARE YOUR CANDLES CREATED?

Our candles are single batch candles and every order is made to order. After collecting, cleaning, and remelting used wax; we hand wick, hand dye, and mold or dip our candles.

CAN I CONTRIBUTE WASTE WAX?

We would love for you to help contribute to our sustainability mission! Please reach out to hello@chandlerie.com to coordinate a wax drop off/pick up.

DO YOU SHIP? CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT YOUR WAREHOUSE?

Yes and Yes! We proudly are shipping nationwide. Please give as much notice as possible for shipped orders. Order pick up at our warehouse in Denver CO is encouraged and gladly arranged!

ARE THERE MINIMUMS ON ORDERS?

Please refer to the following quantity minimums-

Pillars: 20 qty per color any size combination
Tapers: 24 qty per color any size combination
Floaters: 36 qty per color
Votives: 36 qty per color

DO YOU ONLY SELL WHOLESALE?

Chandlerie creates candles for the special event industry, exclusively. We do not sell to the public, and you must be working in the event industry currently to place an order.

HOW MUCH NOTICE IS NEEDED TO PLACE AN ORDER?

It’s never too early to reach out! Turn around times can fluctuate during different times of the year. Orders can be placed and processed in as little as 2 weeks or less but will exceed closer to 4 weeks during peak season.
